OleumTech Announces it has entered into a Distribution Agreement with Simark Controls, Ltd in Alberta, Canada

Foothill Ranch, CA– February 26, 2013 – OleumTech and Simark Controls Ltd. are pleased to announce that it has entered into a service agreement with McKi Wireless, the OleumTech Canadian Master Distributor. Simark Controls has the exclusive distribution rights for the territory covering from British Columbia to Manitoba with the exception of Northern BC and Northwestern Alberta.

As part of the distribution agreement Simark Controls has also entered into a services agreement with McKi Wireless to perform installs, start-up of the OleumTech products. The reliability, scheduling and reductions of installation costs will improve and substantially impact the bottom line over conventional wired applications and the robustness of competitor’s wireless solutions.
