The OleumTech® “AD1” Analog Discrete Transmitter is designed for connecting up to three 0-5 Vdc analog sensors, providing high resolution 24-bit analog to digital conversion (ADC). The transmitter provides up to 9.5 Vdc to each analog output source. The AD1 has the ability of calibrating zero and max points. It is also equipped with one discrete input for connecting to a dry contact or open-drain output/NPN source for state changes. This input can be set for normally open or normally closed. The Transmitter can also report transition counts. This ultra-low-power transmitter is powered by a replaceable battery pack that provides up to a 10-year life. The push button LCD interface allows for device configuration and instant access to process data.

The field-proven wireless sensor node communicates with an assigned wireless gateway within the OTC Wireless Sensor and I/O Network creating a highly scalable network, accommodating virtually any I/O requirement.
The OleumTech Wireless Transmitter is certified for use in Class I, Division 1 (Zone 0) hazardous locations. It is intrinsically safe, designed not to cause a spark, and can be serviced without being removed from a process.
